This is really really cool. It looks like the house is actually hopping up and down. This house is in north Cincinnati, Ohio . Police were always being called to break up the traffic jams to take care of the accidents in this neighborhood. They asked him to only turn on the lights during certain hours of the night. He thought about it and then he started to charge so much a car load in order to make enough money to pay for his light bill and pay the police to be there to direct traffic.
